Rizzani de Eccher S.p.A., for an important project in Luxembourg, is looking for a Fit Out Manager. You will particularly enjoy working with us if you are looking for a dynamic role in an international environment with close contact with all employees.
Main responsabilities:
- Manage subcontractors to help deliver the project on time and within budget.
- Supervise the project planning, site contractors, and ensure work is completed to a satisfactory standard.
- Supervise the fit-out works including all interior fixings and equipment.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifeline.
- Handover of the facility to the end client after project completion.
- Being available on site 5 days a week and answering any queries or questions.
Mandotory requirements:
- > 15 Y Residential / commercial background – offices, residential, hotels, retail, leisure or logistics.
- Academic background in Architecture or other relevant fields.
- Ability to communicate effectively in French and English language.
- Extensive Fit-out expertise and UE building regulations.
- Experience in retrofit / refurbishment projects.
- Ability to build and develop relationships e.g., marketing relationships with external professionals and clients, strategic relationships with contractors and suppliers.
- Eligible to legally work in Luxembourg.
