Description

Design and construction of the “Silva Mountain – Das Berhotel” at Kaffeefeld 1 in Mittenwald, Bavaria.
The complex consists of 4 main buildings including a four star superior hotel in the mountains with 73 rooms and 7 suites, a wellness area of 800 sqm with Turkish and Finnish sauna, massage and beauty facilities, a gym and 2 indoor and outdoor pools, 2 bars and restaurants, a conference room, and 73 underground parking spaces in the basement.
The complexity of the work and the particular terraced structure of the site required all the know-how of the contractor, as well as a thorough study of all the best possible solutions in terms of logistics and the use of a significant number of machines.
