La Cloche d’Or, a vast complex of 240,000 m², houses a shopping center with 140 brands and an Auchan hypermarket, a car park with 2,850 spaces and two buildings with 246 housing units. The towers culminate at 60 meters in height, giving a third dimension to the Gasperich district. La Cloche d’Or has more than 15,000 m² of technical premises to manage the building.

The complex has BREEAM “Excellent” certification and the residential towers belong to the “AAA” energy class.

Restoration of Fondaco dei Tedeschi historical palace in Venice, Italy.

Rizzani de Eccher and Sacaim, one of Rizzani de Eccher’s subsidiaries, were involved in the design and construction project for the restoration and functional recovery of Fondaco dei Tedeschi. The former courthouse of German tradespeople, Fondaco dei Tedeschi is one of the oldest (dating back to 1228) and most impressive Venetian palaces, located in the heart of the city, overlooking Ponte Rialto.

The plan for re-qualification and restoration was designed by Rem Koolhaas.

Construction of the WTC Shooping Center multifunctional shopping center in Rijeka.
The building, whose total area is about 140,000 square meters, extends over 8 floors, of which 5 above ground and 3 underground, plus a covered terrace, and houses a hypermarket, shops and commercial galleries, a multiplex cinema, arcades, restaurants and fitness rooms.
In addition to the underground car park, the complex has 7 side floors used for parking, for a total of 2,150 parking spaces, and a 15-storey management tower for offices, congress and conference rooms and management activities.

Description

Design and construction of the Ducat Palace III business center, a 14-storey building located the Presnensky district in Moscow. 3 of the 14 levels accommodate an underground parking.
The palace hosts large Russian and foreign companies, as well as retail zones located on the building’s first floor and an international school.
The total area of the building is 32.000 sqm.

Description

Turnkey construction contract for the new Central Gold and Jewellery Market in Abu Dhabi.
The project included a 2-storey Central Market with a walkable area of 38.000 sqm with 29-m high large dome, two smaller 25-m high domes, and an overall number of 308 shops plus department store of 2.550 sqm, and a 2-storey Gold and Jewellery Market of approx 23.500 sqm with a 25-m high dome and a total of 231 modules for shops. The complex also included three buildings for processing plants, lifts, spiral and linear escalators, an external car park and other public meeting places equipped with all electromechanical installations and protection/safety systems.

Construction of a Class “A” mixed use complex in Moscow, consisting of two buildings (respectively of 9 and 7 floors) connected by an enormous glass roof to form a bright atrium for offices and shops.
The complex, which has become the headquarters of important companies in the energy and oil sector, including the Italian ENI, is served by 16 latest generation lifts and equipped with the most modern computerized automation, control and protection systems, such as to guarantee the highest level of quality of life and safety, as well as the best energy efficiency. The three underground levels, covering an area of ​​approximately 18,000 m3, allow ample parking facilities for employees and guests.
The work was awarded in 2007 as part of a competition organized by the specialized magazine “Made in the Future” as one of the best buildings built in Moscow for the synergy between architectural forms and functional use.

Construction of a luxury residential complex in one of the most exclusive areas of Moscow, in the very center of the Russian capital. The Polyanka-44 project, developed by the British Gillespies landscape architects, included the renovation of 2 historical buildings (6 levels) and the construction of 5 new residential buildings (7 levels), 2-storey underground parking facility with 372 spaces and a green area of over 2000 sqm.
The complex includes luxury boutiques, a kindergarten and many other activities meeting every need and aimed at making it even more comfortable, skilfully combining history and design in the centre of Moscow.

Construction of a commercial building with a total developed area above ground of approx. 6,280 sqm on two levels (of which approx. 5,594 sqm on the ground floor and 686 sqm on the first floor), with an outdoor area of approx. 14,919 sqm, of which 9,410 sqm intended for parking, with 375 parking spaces.

Description

The structure, equipped with 5 cinema halls, can accommodate 1,300 spectators. All the cinema halls are fully digitalized – two of which in 3D -, with modern audio and high-definition video systems, and have a capacity of 480 seats; in addition, hall 1, “Metadigital”, is also equipped with a convex screen that offers a very high refraction of brightness.
The cinema, among the largest in Lombardy, includes a candy shop area and a popcorn bar.

Description

The building has four above-ground and three underground levels for a total built-up area of approx. 50,000 sqm and combines offices, business areas and dedicated operational spaces. The two underground levels accommodate a parking lot, while the lowest floor houses operation rooms and three large armored vaults. The total underground area is 52,000 sqm.
The ground floor accommodates a 200-seats conference hall and training rooms. The second and third floors have offices, laboratorie, archives, and storage rooms, monitoring and control center, as well as a secured money area. On the top floor are located the senior management offices and a guesthouse. The entire complex is a workplace for over 500 employees.
The above-ground volumes create an impressive multi-shaped body, emphasized by the use of three cladding materials: limestone slabs, terracotta bricks, and ribbon-shaped metal frames.

OVERVIEW

Final design and construction of Treviso Maggiore Due residential and mixed-use complex in Treviso, Italy.
The project was conceived as a recovery of a former industrial area near the old city walls of Treviso.
The complex was designed by architect Mario Botta and includes new construction of ten buildings with 236,000 m³ in superstructures.

The complex includes:

• offices 50,000 m²;
• residential area 14,000 m²;
• commercial/retail spaces 3,000 m²;
• urbanization works and common space amenities.
