Construction of Yvie (also known as Y-Towers), two buildings, respectively a 110 m-high hotel and a 101 m-high residential building, located in the very heart of Amsterdam, linked by a 4-storey podium that will accommodate public spaces, conference halls and lobby.
The complex includes:

• a luxury hotel by the German leading hotel operator, Maritim, with 579 rooms, six restaurants, a sky bar at the top of the tower, conference halls with a capacity of over 4,400 seats, wellness and fitness amenities;
• a residential tower with 178 dwellings and 109 extended-stay apartments operated by the Staycity chain;
• a 2-storey underground parking basement with 611 spaces for cars, including an area for bicycles and motorcycles.

Description

In 2004, studio Daniel Libeskind, along with Zaha Hadid Architects and Arata Isozaki Associates, won the commission for the development of the site. The new urban development spans over 106 acres on the old fairgrounds of Milan.

The plan of Fiera Milano incorporates residential and office development, retail space, and a museum. All buildings are oriented around a green park in the middle.

VTB Arena Park is one of the most ambitious and high-profile city development projects built in Moscow.
The project features design and construction of a residential and business district which is a part of the renovation project of Dynamo Stadium and its surrounding territory, located in the fascinating context of the historical Petrovsky Park.

The project also includes renovation of the park area which has a century-long history, reconstruction of the children sports academy, construction of a fitness and spa complex.

Description

Construction of a new sustainable building for the European Investment Bank, located in Luxembourg City next to the EIB’s current headquarters in the Kirchberg area.
The aim of the project, designed by IDOM, is to bring back employees currently located in decentralized offices onto a single campus, adding a further 1.500 workstations to the complex.
In a later phase, once the new building is completed, the EIB original building, the West Building, will undergo extensive renovation. The project will ensure a sustainable presence of the EIB in Luxembourg in a cost-effective manner. The project it’s in partnership with the Dutch construction Group, Ballast Nedam

Description

Construction of a 156-meter tower that will rise from the historic post office building and will transform the Rotterdam skyline. The “Post Tower” involves the turnkey construction of a 43-storey tower with a gross surface area of approximately 39,000 square meters with 305 apartments. On this contract we are on JV with Besix. The project was carried out by ODA Architects of New York.

The object of the works involves the demolition of a portion of the historic building (also known as the “monument”) and the construction of the new Tower, with a newly renovated pavilion accessible to the public on the ground floor, 22.5 m high. From levels 1 to 5, the tower will partially house the hotel’s floors, including the wellness facilities, while the remaining floors will house apartments from 50 to 200 square meters, with 27 different typical layouts. A semi-automatic parking system for 34 cars will be built in the basement complex.

Construction of the new national headquarters of Banca Intesa Sanpaolo in Turin.
The new headquarters of Intesa Sanpaolo is a building considered as an urban project and an environmental laboratory. It is the first LEED Platinum certified building in Europe both in the “”new construction”” category and in the “”sustainable building management”” category.

The tower has 38 floors above-ground and 6 underground levels on a 43m x 159m layout allocated to car parks, storage and service areas, and an above ground structure of a height of over 160m developed on a 36m x 60m footprint.
The building is located in a busy area, on the edge of the historic city center, where public structures and services are highly condensed. The project links the building to this urban tissue and city life.

The tower is a bioclimatic building in which specific design solutions guarantee the respect of the most advanced sustainable standards.
