Description

Construction of a new sustainable building for the European Investment Bank, located in Luxembourg City next to the EIB’s current headquarters in the Kirchberg area.
The aim of the project, designed by IDOM, is to bring back employees currently located in decentralized offices onto a single campus, adding a further 1.500 workstations to the complex.
In a later phase, once the new building is completed, the EIB original building, the West Building, will undergo extensive renovation. Construction of the new national headquarters of Banca Intesa Sanpaolo in Turin.
The new headquarters of Intesa Sanpaolo is a building considered as an urban project and an environmental laboratory. It is the first LEED Platinum certified building in Europe both in the “”new construction”” category and in the “”sustainable building management”” category.

The tower has 38 floors above-ground and 6 underground levels on a 43m x 159m layout allocated to car parks, storage and service areas, and an above ground structure of a height of over 160m developed on a 36m x 60m footprint.
The building is located in a busy area, on the edge of the historic city center, where public structures and services are highly condensed. The project links the building to this urban tissue and city life.

The tower is a bioclimatic building in which specific design solutions guarantee the respect of the most advanced sustainable standards.

Scope of works includes the implementation of exhibition areas, modern working environments, technical areas, a 400-seat auditorium, translator booths, and a control room.

Scope of work included earthworks, foundation, concrete and civil works, internal and external MEP works, facades works and roofing, finishing works and implementation of external roads, as well as lighting and landscaping.

The Ural Residence is a modern building that provides a spectacular view over the city and the Ural river. It offers fully equipped apartments, with one, two or three bedrooms.

Construction of a building of 8.000 sqm, partly for production and partly for offices, located near Padua, for the Italian multinational company Stevanato Group, one of the world’s largest providers of integrated containment and delivery solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry.

The 6-storey structure, whose design was entrusted to Sacaim, will flank the recently built production building by Sacaim itself.

Construction of the WTC Shooping Center multifunctional shopping center in Rijeka.
The building, whose total area is about 140,000 square meters, extends over 8 floors, of which 5 above ground and 3 underground, plus a covered terrace, and houses a hypermarket, shops and commercial galleries, a multiplex cinema, arcades, restaurants and fitness rooms.
In addition to the underground car park, the complex has 7 side floors used for parking, for a total of 2,150 parking spaces, and a 15-storey management tower for offices, congress and conference rooms and management activities.

Design and construction of the Ducat Palace III business center, a 14-storey building located the Presnensky district in Moscow. 3 of the 14 levels accommodate an underground parking.
The palace hosts large Russian and foreign companies, as well as retail zones located on the building’s first floor and an international school.
The total area of the building is 32.000 sqm.

Construction of the Ducat Palace II office complex, a 10-storey building, whose area is approx. 150.000 sqm, located in the historical center of Moscow, near the Garden Ring.
Amenities include an inviting garden atrium lobby, an underground parking, with 130 car spaces and secured surface parking for 11 cars.

Construction of the precast concrete core for the new Google Headquarters.
Scope of work included the pre-casting, transportation and erection of the precast core segments.
The precast segmental technology – traditionally used for the superstructures of bridges and viaducts – has been applied to the 12-storey double-precast cores building located in Manhattan, New York.

Each precast core is made of 7 walls linked together at each floor by means of steel beams welded to structural plates embedded in the precast segments. The cores’ aim is to support the building’s structural steel, as well as the precast stairs and elevator slabs that were as well welded to steel plates embedded in the precast segments.
The precast core also served as architectural finished walls. A particular wood-like concrete finishing was realized by installing panels on the casting mold to produce the segments.

Construction of the new TIM Regional Centre in Padua.

The contract included the refurbishment of the “Sirio” building (4 levels, of which 1 underground), the erection of buildings called “A-B Towers” (11 levels, of which 1 underground) and a Curved Connection between Sirio and A-B Towers (6 levels), a multi-storey carpark (7 levels, of which 1 underground), as well as external works and landscaping of open areas.

The works concern the construction of the lot D of an office building of 8.000 sqm consisting of 8 above ground floors, as well as the completion of the works on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd basement floors, excluding the external facades and the thermo-hydraulic and electrical works.

The construction site is located near the historic center of Bolzano and the central railway station, close to commercial and residential buildings, the local Chamber of Commerce and the Bolzano Municipal Theater.
