La Cloche d’Or, a vast complex of 240,000 m², houses a shopping center with 140 brands and an Auchan hypermarket, a car park with 2,850 spaces and two buildings with 246 housing units. The towers culminate at 60 meters in height, giving a third dimension to the Gasperich district. La Cloche d’Or has more than 15,000 m² of technical premises to manage the building.

The complex has BREEAM “Excellent” certification and the residential towers belong to the “AAA” energy class.

Construction of Yvie (also known as Y-Towers), two buildings, respectively a 110 m-high hotel and a 101 m-high residential building, located in the very heart of Amsterdam, linked by a 4-storey podium that will accommodate public spaces, conference halls and lobby.
The complex includes:

• a luxury hotel by the German leading hotel operator, Maritim, with 579 rooms, six restaurants, a sky bar at the top of the tower, conference halls with a capacity of over 4,400 seats, wellness and fitness amenities;
• a residential tower with 178 dwellings and 109 extended-stay apartments operated by the Staycity chain;
• a 2-storey underground parking basement with 611 spaces for cars, including an area for bicycles and motorcycles.

Description

In 2004, studio Daniel Libeskind, along with Zaha Hadid Architects and Arata Isozaki Associates, won the commission for the development of the site. The new urban development spans over 106 acres on the old fairgrounds of Milan.

The plan of Fiera Milano incorporates residential and office development, retail space, and a museum. All buildings are oriented around a green park in the middle.

Description

Construction of a 156-meter tower that will rise from the historic post office building and will transform the Rotterdam skyline. The “Post Tower” involves the turnkey construction of a 43-storey tower with a gross surface area of approximately 39,000 square meters with 305 apartments. On this contract we are on JV with Besix. The project was carried out by ODA Architects of New York.

The object of the works involves the demolition of a portion of the historic building (also known as the “monument”) and the construction of the new Tower, with a newly renovated pavilion accessible to the public on the ground floor, 22.5 m high. From levels 1 to 5, the tower will partially house the hotel’s floors, including the wellness facilities, while the remaining floors will house apartments from 50 to 200 square meters, with 27 different typical layouts. A semi-automatic parking system for 34 cars will be built in the basement complex.

Description

The project is a re-qualification of a former stone quarry area that had been active for centuries. The project aimed at restoring the natural beauty of the existing coastline and at providing exclusive comfort with an everyday interaction with nature to its future inhabitants.

The complexity of the work and the particular terraced structure of the site required all the know-how of the contractor, as well as a thorough study of all the best possible solutions for the logistics and employment of a significant range of equipment.

Construction of a 14-storey residential and office building in Atyrau, located in the western part of Kazakhstan.
Scope of work included earthworks, foundation, concrete and civil works, internal and external MEP works, facades works and roofing, finishing works and implementation of external roads, as well as lighting and landscaping.

First contract in Czech Republic for Rizzani de Eccher for the construction of a Golf Residential Resort, consisting of two apartment buildings and three villas of a high quality level, in a beautiful hilly location just outside Prague, in the cadastral area of Chomutovice u Dobrejovic (municipality of Popovicky), designed by the prestigious international architectural firms Richard Meier & Partners Architects, Chapman Taylor, and other brilliant Czech designers.

The contract is the first phase of a larger real estate development, implemented by a London-based fund, consisting of a 18-hole PGA Tour Golf Course, a new luxurious residential village with shops and apartments fully integrated with the golf course. The project will also include a Six Senses Hotel&SPA, an equestrian center, tennis courts, restaurants, and several other sports facilities to make it an exclusive resort for living, sports, and leisure in the panorama of the growing economy of the Czech Republic.

On the ground floor there is a commercial premise of approx. 199 sqm.
The 6-storey building is equipped with one stairwell and one elevator. The basement contains 18 storage units and a shared bycicle storage.
The site and garden have been delivered fully finished.

Description

Shell and core construction of a residential complex at Kazan, capital of the Tatarstan Republic, comprising 58 individual villas (whose area varies from 160 to 430 sqm) and various amenities, including a kindergarten, and administrative building, and a technical station.
The current scope of the contract has then been extended so as to take over the scope of an earlier construction contract including urbanization works, the construction of an utilities network, and the completion of 89 houses.
