Implementation of a Waste Water Treatment and Disposal Facility for handling the industrial and domestic waste water generated by the inhabitants of the so-called “Southern Friuli Basin”, consisting of 6 municipalities nearby the Marano and Grado lagoon.
The installation comprised domestic/household and industrial waste water collection and conveying systems within the basin, a waste water treatment facility, a discharge and disposal (in the sea) of the treated material, an anaerobic treatment system (BIOPAQ), and a sludge incinerating system.
The maximum capacity of the installation was rated at approx. 700.000 l, with the thereto corresponding inhabitant occupancy and a maximum hourly output of 7.862 m3.

Description

Construction of an industrial plant, located in the district of Podol’sk, in the region of Moscow, for the production, storage, and distribution of food products, including a warehouse, cold rooms, offices, and plant areas.
The main body of the plant consists of a load-bearing structure in metal carpentry, with perimeter walls made of sandwich panels.
Adjacent to the warehouse, an office building in cast-on-site concrete was built, with exposed brick perimeter walls, housing also several cold rooms.

Interior refurbishment of a 4-storey tower (Ac) and a 3-storey tower (Ad) and their connection to the existing infrastructure and the International Meeting Facility (IMF) project.
The two buildings are dedicated to a modern office working environment capable of accommodating from 140 (full closed office layout organization) to 228 (full open layout configuration) working positions.
Scope of works includes also the implementation of several meeting rooms.

Description

Extension of the newly extended FJ building to join up with the existing FV building. Accessory work, consisting in a above ground connection between the two sheds, built with cantilever system, which allows the satellites to be transported between the two buildings in a clean room environment. A small office building it’s included in the SoW along with a main atrium, a multifunctional area and a corridor extension.

Construction of the Hertz 2.0 building, a facility that will reflect the technologically advanced satellite and antenna capabilities of ESA (European Space Agency), a world leading organization within the space and technology sector.
The building is intended to be a laboratory, capable of accommodating a large compact antenna test range room (CATR), a payload laboratory, control rooms and a large loading bay, a room for cryogenic terahertz chamber and different optics and opto-electronic equipment, and a laboratory with different ISO clean rooms located on levels from 6 to 8.
The complex will also host different storage rooms, as well as the necessary technical rooms for mechanical and electrical equipment.

ZAO “Gloria Jeans Corporartion” entrusted Codest the design and construction of the Gloria Jeans II logistic complex for the distribution of textile products, located in Novosibirsk, including an automated warehouse, a textile sorting plant, and administrative offices.

Scope of works included the implementation of 16.000 sqm of buildings and external works on an area of 11,7 hectares.

Description

Construction contract with OOO Arneg for the expansion of their factory in Naro-Fominsk (60km to the south-west of Moscow). The existing plant was built also by the Group.
The expansion, including design and technical assistance, will consist of the construction of a new 10,000 sqm factory for manufacturing refrigerated shelves and displays for the food retailing industry and the landscaping of the surrounding 25,000 sqm area. Delivery is scheduled in 14 months from the start of construction.

Description

Restructuring works of the main factory of Perfetti van Melle, the Italian leading company in the production and marketing of chewing gum and candies (founded in 1946 by the Perfetti brothers), to adapt its image to the brand’s value.
The project, developed by Marco Casamonti’s Studio Archea, included the construction of a new automated warehouse, a picking area, a new office building, a concierge and a winter garden, as well as the reorganization of the internal road network, the construction of new parking spaces for the employees and the redesign of the large freen areas in front of the plant.
The industrial buildings have been ennobled with a glass and titanium zinc alloy (Rheinzink) facade cladding, while in the shipping warehouse (picking) a system of diffusion of natural light ensures a constant a uniform lightning.

Description

Turnkey contract for the construction of a new technological complex, an experimental plant, and office spaces for Alenia Aeronautica, the prominent Italian Aerospace Company now known as Alenia Aermacchi.

The complex is an industrial facility designated for the production of high-tech components for aviation, while the experimental plant in Caselle Sud consists of two facilities: a high intensity radiated field (HIRF) for the study of the impact of magnetic fields on aircraft functionality (at the time of construction it had the largest anechoic camera in Europe), and a sky light simulator (SLS), designated for the study of the effect of ambient light on display tools in the aircraft’s cabin, suitable for testing on both civil and military aircraft.

Design and construction of a fully automated distribution and storage center. The scope of work included all civil and MEP works, as well as concept, schematic, basic, and detailed designs; construction of auxiliary infrastructure – substation, roads, landscaping, water cleaning, sewerage systems, and other utilities, as well as connection to public services.
An outstanding feature of the logistic complex is the high level of automatization of the technological processes (level 3); another curious trait was the well-organized cooperation between suppliers and construction companies from five different countries: Russia, Austria, Germany, The Netherlands, and Italy.

Construction and design of a new industrial facility for production and storage of food products.

The complex is located on three floors. Main areas are the dynamic warehouse, technical floor and administrative offices.

The plant is a three/four-story building and houses the automated production of hamburgers for McDonalds’ Russia. It is the first fully automated meat and food producing and distributing facility in Russia, equipped with ammonia refrigerating systems.
