Description

Construction of a building of 8.000 sqm, partly for production and partly for offices, located near Padua, for the Italian multinational company Stevanato Group, one of the world’s largest providers of integrated containment and delivery solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry.

The 6-storey structure, whose design was entrusted to Sacaim, will flank the recently built production building by Sacaim itself.

Description

Modernization, integration and pharmaceutical finishing works of three buildings plus relative external areas for the construction of technical systems for the Stevanato pharmaceutical Group.
The three buildings have prefabricated reinforced concrete structures, cladding in vertical panels and double pitch roofs made with prefabricated tiles.

Construction of the new laboratories for the Hospital of Udine.

The 17.220 sqm center houses highly automated and advanced technological laboratories and a pharmacy, as well as several departments, including the microbiology, virology, molecular diagnosis, toxicology and pharmacology ones, research areas, meeting rooms and training facilities.

Description

Construction and modernization of the new headquarters, as well as the new pharmaceutical and nutraceutical laboratories and manufacturing plant for the pharmaceutical group PharmaNutra, located in the proximity of the San Rossore National Park near Pisa.

The project will enable PharmaNutra to fully control the production and become more effective and autonomous in its R&D operations. The new site will indeed house one of Europe’s most innovative molecular biology laboratories, representing an opportunity for collaboration with both italian and international leading universities and institutes.
Designed to comply with the highest technological, ergonomic, and energy efficiency standards, the new building, intended to host executive activities and complementary services, will also be an example of sustainability and attention to employee well-being, which takes shape in the implementation of large green spaces and areas for relaxation and conviviality, including a gym.
Offices will occupy approx. 5.200 sqm, on a site with an outdoor area of 10.000 sqm.
