Rizzani de Eccher organizes the new edition of the Graduate Program – Expert in project management in the construction sector, which aims at training professional-managerial figures, with particular reference to the construction sector.
The program combines a solid training program, with interventions of an interdisciplinary nature aimed at enhancing organizational and managerial skills, with an internship period (post-classroom training) which guarantees complete learning and development opportunities. Through actions aimed at perfecting the ability to use methodologies, analysis techniques and organizational planning, the participant is facilitated in the implementation and management phase of the technical-procedural solutions of the sector.
Requirements:
- We would like to meet graduates with enthusiasm, aptitude for team working, strong communication and relational skills, aptitude for technology and in possession of good linguistic (English) and IT/technological knowledge;
- The program is aimed at recent graduates, already in possession of a university degree in technical-scientific or economic disciplines, who in the future intend to occupy management roles in the construction sector: Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Degrees in Architectural Sciences, Degrees in Economics, Degrees in Architecture and Building Engineering-Architecture, Degrees in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, as well as the degrees of the previous systems in force equivalent to them. The company reserves the right to admit to the selection any candidates in possession of a different educational qualification from that of the classes indicated, after evaluating the application and the curriculum produced;
- Propensity for national and international mobility;
- Passion and interest in the construction sector;
- Excellent relational and communication skills.
Venue and training times:
Lessons will normally be held from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00, at the Rizzani de Eccher S.p.A. headquarters. in Udine.
