Rizzani de Eccher is proud to take part to the construction of a crucial energy infrastructure in the field of bio-diesel.
Bio-diesel is a fuel produced from renewable materials such as food scraps, cereals, and other oleo-chemical by-products, and is is rightly considered to be the product of the future in the pursuit of energy independence from hydrocarbons in the long term.
Technip Energies has indeed selected Rizzani de Eccher for the civil works package and the turnkey design & build packages for the delivery of complex buildings in connection with the Neste’s new bio-diesel refinery in Rotterdam port, where the renewable diesel production capacity will be increased with a new production line rated for 1,25 million mt/year.
The plant is scheduled to be operational in 4Q 2025.
