Training and master programs
Rizzani de Eccher has always regarded training as of utmost importance to the development of its staff.
Our assets are people, whose individual skills, abilities and professionalism are developed and enhanced through targeted training and development paths, both through the “Internal Academies” and through inter-company classroom experiences.
The post-graduate Masters, participation in Career Days and constant contacts with universities, from which the numerous internship and training opportunities offered by the Group derive, allow young people with high potential to get to know and appreciate our work closely and our reality.
During the last years the Group has taken important steps to train its internal and external technical-specialists and to implement training plans for all personnel and especially new graduates and diploma holders.
In terms of managerial training, specific training programs were activated for the first line of the company, aimed at the development of skills related to communication, leadership, risk management, people management and commercial management.
Specific training programs have been set up with internal staff and external bodies and great efforts have been placed upon career development from within the organisation, with the following objectives:
- develop advanced and transversal skills and stimulate the skills and potential of their employees, so that they can fully achieve their career objectives
- enhance key technical, professional, organisational and managerial skills and competencies in the various company areas
- develop an attitude geared towards achieving results and making the most of resources
- support the team working process.
The Master, organised with the Universities of Udine and Trieste has totaled twelve editions and has the objective to train professionals, in the fields of architecture, engineering, economics and law, and to prepare them to take part in the construction of major international projects.
The program includes lectures, seminars and practical-application activities hosted both at the Universities premises and at the Rizzani de Eccher’s offices, while the teaching staff involves university teachers and professionals in the construction sector, including Group executives and managers, who provide valuable and direct testimonials.
The second part of the program includes an on-site internship experience, involving students in all the different stages of a construction project and immerging them in the work environment, working side by side with the best industry practitioners
So far, the course has trained about 150 project managers, who, after internship experiences in Italian and foreign construction sites, have all immediately found employment in different positions in prestigious companies of the sector.
Graduate Program was launched in collaboration with FVG region in 2020. This training program is aimed at recent graduates, with a view to strengthening the Group’s ability to attract young talents in the territory and to develop training aimed at introducing them to the Group’s specialist activities, providing classroom training, job rotation and a final internship. These internships also ensure the involvement in all phases of projects underway and allow students to mix with the work environment and absorb the vision and values of the Group.
