We are pleased to share a major milestone in the construction of the new office building for the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg: the successful completion of the concrete topping-out of the 21-level composite steel-concrete structure.
This remarkable milestone is even more significant considering that the first three levels of the building were constructed below the existing ground level, presenting complex engineering and logistical challenges from the outset.
