Description

Construction of 38 apartments in 2 buildings (19 apartments in each building), connected with each other by a shared underground garage for 28 cars.
The apartments larger than 90 sqm have an outdoor parking space in addition to the slot in the underground parking.
On the ground floor there are 5 commercial premises (no. 2 in building 14-16, no. 3 in building 18-20).
Building 14-16 has 5-6 floors in addition to the flat roof served by two stairs, while building 18-20 has 4-5 floors in addition to the flat roof floor served by two stairs. Four elevators are included in the project.
The basement includes storage and technical rooms, as well as some other rooms for common use.
Outside, in addition to the parking lots, there is a large green area and an area for children’s games.
