Description

Construction of Yvie (also known as Y-Towers), two buildings, respectively a 110 m-high hotel and a 101 m-high residential building, located in the very heart of Amsterdam, linked by a 4-storey podium that will accommodate public spaces, conference halls and lobby.
The complex includes:

a luxury hotel by the German leading hotel operator, Maritim, with 579 rooms, six restaurants, a sky bar at the top of the tower, conference halls with a capacity of over 4,400 seats, wellness and fitness amenities;
a residential tower with 178 dwellings and 109 extended-stay apartments operated by the Staycity chain;
a 2-storey underground parking basement with 611 spaces for cars, including an area for bicycles and motorcycles.
