Description

Restoration and functional requalification of Palazzo Tergesteo (built in 1842), located in Trieste’s Old Town, near two of the most symbolic buildings of the city: Palazzo della Borsa (the center of economic activity) and the Giuseppe Verdi Theater (the epicenter of cultural life, overlooking the delightful Piazza Verdi).
The works allowed the construction of about 20 commercial units and 80 residential and office units. The commercial spaces, of different sizes and types, are distributed over approx. 40,000 sqm in the “Galleria Tergesteo”, which has always been the meeting place par excellence for the people of Trieste.
