Description

Construction of a Class “A” mixed use complex in Moscow, consisting of two buildings (respectively of 9 and 7 floors) connected by an enormous glass roof to form a bright atrium for offices and shops.
The complex, which has become the headquarters of important companies in the energy and oil sector, including the Italian ENI, is served by 16 latest generation lifts and equipped with the most modern computerized automation, control and protection systems, such as to guarantee the highest level of quality of life and safety, as well as the best energy efficiency. The three underground levels, covering an area of ​​approximately 18,000 m3, allow ample parking facilities for employees and guests.
The work was awarded in 2007 as part of a competition organized by the specialized magazine “Made in the Future” as one of the best buildings built in Moscow for the synergy between architectural forms and functional use.
